Here's a belated Birthday Vector for of his OC Gentlecolt, Sir Stache. I hope this makes up for the late surprise.
This style was something new for me, since I always implemented show style outlines/strokes into my vectors. Shading was slightly more complicated since the shading has to define the shape of the body instead of the normal outline. It was a welcoming challenge and enjoyable.
Indeed, gentleponies, indeed. My first observation was how flat the drawing is. Were this an impression on a coin or medallion, the lack of depth would work perfectly. As such, the piece looks like matte plastic (that sounds much more horrible than it should), though this can be easily fixed by deepening he shadows, and adding a hint of lighter shades where the light is hitting the gentlestallion. It looks as though you intended to give the stallion a more three-dimentional look, though the shading does not add the deeded depth required for this
Actually, this would be fantastic to see on a coin. I would get one. I can see it now...
"Ponies" [Insert Country Gentlecolt here] "Like a Sir"
In other news, the "glass" affect of the monocle is fantastic, I must say.
The mustache looks unnatural, but then, it is a pony. That said, the detail of the mustache is great, and in all honesty is fine... I have just found mustaches on ponies to look awkward.
In the end, it may not be the most original work of art, but to say that it does not leave a strong impact would be lying.

What impact, you ask? Simple.
Like a sir.
Quite.
